You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use Domaintor. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Domaintor is an AI-powered domain name search and generator platform. We provide: real-time domain availability checks via the GoDaddy API; WHOIS lookup data; AI-generated domain name suggestions; bulk domain checking; a saved domains list; and search history for registered users. All availability results and AI suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. We do not sell, register, or transfer domain names directly.
Domain availability results are sourced from the GoDaddy API in real time and are provided for informational purposes only. Availability can change at any moment — a domain shown as available is not reserved or guaranteed. Domaintor makes no warranty that any domain will be available for registration at the time you attempt to register it through a third-party registrar. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on availability data displayed on our platform.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@domaintor.com if you suspect any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we suspect misuse, fraud, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
Automate queries, scrape data, or harvest domain availability results without our prior written consent.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe or test service vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service's operation.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
The Domaintor name, logo, interface design, and underlying software are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or used without our prior written permission. AI-generated domain name suggestions produced by the service are provided without copyright claim and may be used freely by you. All third-party trademarks referenced on the platform (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap) remain the property of their respective owners.
Our platform contains links to third-party domain registrars and websites. Domaintor does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, pricing, or practices of any third-party service. Clicking a "Register" or external link takes you to a third-party site where their own terms and privacy policy govern. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMAINTOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM INACCURACIES IN DOMAIN AVAILABILITY OR WHOIS DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMAINTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED USD $10 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOMAINTOR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Domaintor and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your access to or use of the service; your violation of these Terms; or your infringement of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.
Domaintor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time without liability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Domaintor regarding the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
